The integrity report

Reports → Integrity lists every attempt carrying a signal tag, filterable by plan, class, or student code/name.

• Tab switches × n — the student left the exam tab n times.
• Finished in n s — submitted unusually fast (under 5 minutes or 25% of the window).
• Verified on n devices — identity verified on multiple devices (needs the re-verify plan toggle).

Tags are signals, not verdicts — patterns across several subjects matter more than a single flag. Students flagged in multiple exams are the real candidates for follow-up.
