Frequently asked questions
Do students need accounts? +
No. Each exam plan has one public link. A student verifies with their school-issued Student ID and the last digits of a registered parent mobile — nothing to create or remember.
Which question types are supported? +
Eleven: single and multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank, matching, ordering, numerical, short and long answer, comprehension, and diagram labeling. Objective types auto-mark on submit.
Can a paper be shared across classes? +
Yes — assign one paper to multiple schedule cells, so parallel sections (9A, 9B…) all sit the same Grade-9 paper.
How do students submit handwritten work? +
Teacher-marked questions can accept a camera photo or uploaded image. Attachments appear in the teacher's marking queue next to the question.
Can parents check results? +
When a school enables "publish results" on a plan, the same exam link shows the student their marked paper and final score after verification.
Is Arabic supported? +
Fully — the whole interface, including the exam player and printed date sheets, is available in English and Arabic with proper right-to-left layout.
How is our data kept private? +
Each school's data is strictly isolated. Staff authenticate by one-time email code; students need only their ID and mobile. See the Security page and Data Processing Agreement for details.
Can we print papers and schedules? +
Yes — bilingual printable date sheets for the notice board, printable question papers for offline delivery, and class-wise marks CSV export.
