These terms govern use of YouGrade by schools and their staff. Students and parents use the exam link under the school's own terms.

The service
YouGrade provides tools for schools to schedule examinations, author question papers, deliver exams to students online and mark them. Features may evolve; material changes to these terms will be posted here.
School responsibilities
The school is the data controller for its roster, students and exam content. It must ensure rosters are accurate, that it has authority to submit student data, that parents and students are informed, and that exam links and staff access are shared only with intended people.
Acceptable use
You may not access or attempt to access another school's data, probe or disrupt the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, share staff credentials, or use the platform to facilitate academic dishonesty.
Accounts & access
Staff sign in with a one-time email code — keep your mailbox secure. Invite links are single-use and expire. School admins are responsible for deactivating staff who leave.
Availability & changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; schedule-critical exams should be planned with reasonable margin. We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practicable.
Liability
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Keep your own copies of marks, papers and rosters — marks can be exported at any time. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination & law
A school may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend access for breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.
